Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hi, I’m Chantelle Vaz! I specialize in supporting children, youth, and young adults with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (i.e., autism and ADHD), self-esteem, and addictions. At the core of my approach lies a strong belief in building rapport and collaboration. As your therapist, I am dedicated to getting to know you as a person, understanding your values, and identifying your goals to provide a personalized counselling experience.
My integrative approach is rooted in warmth and understanding. I utilize evidence-based techniques from narrative, solution-focused, and person-centered therapies. I believe that therapy isn’t just about unpacking negative experiences and healing wounds; it’s also about fostering personal growth, resilience, and embracing strengths. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space for youth and young adults to explore and navigate their emotional well-being, empowering them to reach their full potential.
I invite you to connect with me. Together, we can unlock your potential and inspire a journey filled with growth, joy, and resilience. Let’s embark on this journey together!
