Autism

Supporting individuals in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through personalized, evidence-based interventions.

Here’s how we can help:

We support individuals with autism by helping them develop emotional regulation, communication, social skills, and self-understanding. Therapy offers tools to manage anxiety, sensory sensitivities, and challenging behaviors, while also supporting clients as they navigate relationships and life transitions. Our approach is always tailored to the individual’s unique strengths and needs, often drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), social skills training, and other evidence-informed practices. For children and teens, we also work closely with parents and caregivers to foster consistency and support at home. Most importantly, we offer a nonjudgmental space where clients can build confidence, strengthen self-advocacy, and form meaningful connections.

○ Foster emotional regulation
○ Provide skills to improve communication
