Lisa works with individuals who have experienced trauma or loss, as well as those feeling stuck, anxious, or emotionally drained. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your pace, with a focus on helping you feel more grounded, supported, and hopeful.

She is an experienced therapist and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. Lisa is currently accepting new clients and would be happy to connect with you to see if she is a good fit for you.

Recognising you need support takes courage. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, Jin offers a warm, supportive space where you can begin moving forward.

Jin works with adult and couples navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, trauma, life transitions and relationship or family conflict.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. As a BIPOC therapist, Jin creates an inclusive space for people of all backgrounds, including members of the BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

Jin speaks French and Mandarin conversationally and welcomes clients who wish to greet, connect, or occasionally express themselves in either language. her therapy sessions, however, are conducted in English, as this is the language in which she is able to offer the depth and precision that clinical work requires.
