My previous experience is working in a group home with autistic youth which has shaped my compassionate, flexible approach to therapy. I understand that everyone communicates, processes emotions and experiences the world differently, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, respected and supported in their individuality.

How I Can Help

Anxiety
I support clients in understanding anxiety, developing effective coping strategies and feeling more confident in navigating everyday life.

Stress
I help clients manage stress, build resilience and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s demands.

Depression
I provide compassionate support for those experiencing depression, helping clients reconnect with themselves and work toward meaningful change.

Neurodivergence & Autism
I support neurodivergent individuals, including autistic clients, with a compassionate and individualized approach that honours their unique experiences and strengths.

Behavioural & Emotional Regulation
:I help clients better understand their emotions and behaviours while building practical skills for regulation, communication and coping.

Families & Caregivers
I support families and caregivers as they navigate the unique challenges, relationships and responsibilities that can come with caring for others.

Complex Needs & Life Challenges
I support clients navigating complex circumstances and life challenges with patience, flexibility and a compassionate, individualised approach.

Approach & Modalities

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I work collaboratively with each client, adapting my approach and drawing from evidence-based modalities to provide support that feels relevant, practical, and meaningful to you. My therapeutic toolkit includes:

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Somatic Work
• Strengths-Based Therapy
• Solution-Focused Therapy
