How I Can Help

Grief & Loss
Grief is a deeply personal experience that can follow the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a significant life change. I offer compassionate support as you process your loss, honour your experiences, and find your footing again.

Trauma
Trauma can affect how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, building safety, resilience, and new ways of moving forward.

Relationship Challenges
Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, improving communication, or strengthening your connection, I support individuals and couples in creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My practice is affirming of LGBTQ+, monogamous, and polyamorous relationships.

Sex & Intimacy
As a therapist trained in sex therapy, I provide a safe, affirming space to explore intimacy, desire, identity, sexual concerns, and relationship dynamics with openness and without judgment.

Life Transitions
Major life changes can bring uncertainty, grief, and unexpected challenges. Together, we’ll navigate these transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.

Relationships & Life Transitions
I support individuals navigating relationship challenges, periods of change, and times when life feels particularly difficult or uncertain.

Suicidal Ideation
I offer a calm, supportive space to explore suicidal thoughts and difficult emotions while focusing on safety, connection, and finding ways forward.

Gender Identity & Exploration
I provide an affirming space to explore questions of gender identity, expression, and authenticity at your own pace and without judgment.
