Isabella Hill
Hi, I’m Isabella. I work with teens and adults and am passionate about supporting autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent individuals. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe to be yourself, explore challenges with curiosity, and discover what helps you thrive. Using a trauma-informed approach, I strive to create a warm, compassionate environment where we can work together toward the changes that matter most to you.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely welcomed, respected, and understood. I value authenticity and collaboration, and I believe that therapy works best when we build a trusting relationship that honors your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
I have a special interest in working with autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent individuals who may be navigating challenges related to identity, relationships, emotional regulation, burnout, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, or feeling misunderstood in a world that isn’t always designed with neurodiversity in mind. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and tailored to each person’s individual needs.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I recognize the impact that past experiences can have on how we see ourselves, connect with others, and move through the world. Together, we can explore these experiences with compassion and at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable for you.
Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult time, looking to better understand yourself, or hoping to build new skills and confidence, I aim to provide a space where you can feel supported, empowered, and accepted. I believe meaningful growth happens when we approach ourselves with curiosity, self-compassion, and a deeper understanding of our unique ways of being.
