Resgistered psychotherapist (qualifying)

Allison Rozansky

Feeling at home in your own skin shouldn’t be a constant battle. I’m Allison, a psychotherapist who helps young women untangle the noise—social media comparisons, perfectionism, that inner critic who never seems to quit—and build a relationship with themselves that actually feels good.

Do you find yourself constantly comparing your body to others or feeling like you’re never “enough”? Maybe social media, relationships or daily stress leave you feeling self-conscious, anxious, or disconnected from your confidence. If so, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

I am passionate about supporting young women (ages 13-25) who are struggling with self-esteem, body image, and the pressure to meet unrealistic expectations of themselves. Many of my clients feel caught in cycles of comparison, negative self-talk, or perfectionism. Together, we work to quiet that inner critic and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly about your experiences-whether that’s body image struggles, social anxiety, relationships, or the impacts of social media. Using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy and self-compassion-focused strategies, we focus on helping you develop confidence, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you understand yourself, challenge harmful beliefs, and reconnect with your worth beyond your appearance or external validation.

If you’re ready to feel more comfortable in your own skin and build a healthier relationship with yourself, I’d be honoured to support you.
